Lokal taxi is located in Aurland. We offer regulated transport in the region and hospital transport to Lærdal, Førde, Voss and Haukeland. In the summer season offer we sightseeing trips to all the major attractions in the region, for example to Stegastein, Borgund stave church.

Stegastein visit
An unmissable sightseeing trip for any visitor to Flåm. Bus from Flåm via Aurland to the extraordinary and spectacular Stegastein Viewpoint. This structure, which juts out 30 metres from the mountainside, 650 metres above the fjord, offers an unparalleled panorama. A more amazing view of the fjord, mountains and surrounding landscape is hard to imagine.

Borgund Stavechurch
This tour starts off to the Stegastein Viewpoint which is part of the National Tourist Road that runs from Aurland to Borgund, popularly known as “The snow road” We continue from here to Borgund stave church, built around 1180 and dedicated to the Apostle Andrew. The church is exceptionally well preserved and is the most distinctive stave church in Norway. Some of its finest features are the lavishly carved portals and the crosses and carvings of dragon’s heads on the roofs.
